I've just taken a look at your line and it's still running between the Cabinet and your Modem at the same rate as it was when our Faults Team last communicated out to you.
What speeds to you get connected directly to the Modem? Was the speed test you run completed by Ethernet?

Is there any difference when connected directly to the Openreach Modem via PPPoE connection?

Sorry for the late reply. As a self employed person I've been so busy until now. I followed the instructions you gave me and connected directly to the modem, Once I remembered my pw
Here's the results of a speedtest PPPoE:
Still under the 13 - 14 Mbps I was getting since the last engineer visit. So I take it the reduced speed is not because of my hardware?
