Speed nudge please

The BT Speed Checker got as far as declaring I have a throughput of 5500kb/s before it stalled. The PN profile is only 3500kb/s. Why the difference. The sync rate is at a banding cap of 6655kb/s and mybroadbandspeed show 3178kb/s.

There's always a delay between the BT profile updating and the delta report being sent through and applied by us.
However, I've nudged it to 5500 to match the exchange
