If it is the same as the profile figure posted above, then you are suffering from the BTw / BTOR hidden stuck profile problem which seems to be plaguing their 20CN service.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

It's not always like this though, it was fine untill about 6:20pm when it slowed to 0.5meg and was pegged at that for about an hour, then it went back to full speed for about 10 minutes and now its stuck between 2 and 3meg.
Also this is the BQM i had running since the line was fixed until about an hour ago, it looks horrific.

This is exactly what it did the day before the phone line died last time so im half expecting the phone to be dead again in the morning.
