Speed issue?

Hi guys, my profile according to the BTW speedtest is stating:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 2.14 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.4 Mbps-2 Mbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :8.13 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 2 Mbps
Any ideas why this has happened?

Hi there
Looks like the profile on BT's end has got stuck at 2000.
I've just pushed through a reset on your line and this should go through in the next 4 hours and push the profile back up to normal.
If you're still having issues after this give us a shout

Many thanks, awesome response time on a Sunday. Able to game again whilst the Mrs catches up on the rubbish (soaps) she watches on TV
