Speed increase?

Some time in the last week or so, my estimated upload speed has increased from 6 to 15.3mb. How would I go about seeing these speed increases?

Hi there,
We've provided you on the 40/10 service as your speed estimate at the time wasn't over 40Mb on the downstream. We could move you to 80/20 which should improve the upload as far as the estimate goes, though the downstream wouldn't increase - if you're happy with that please let us know and we'll place the order for you.
