Hi, reported terrible speed loss Monday 5th (32816386) and as yet no reply from the support team. Speed was about 4.5M now about 190 Kbps for over a week now. Was once as low as 83 Kbps according to BT speedchecker. Help please. Derek

- the results from a BT speed test
- the current line speed reported on this page
- the stats reported by your router - sync speed, attenuation and noise margin (this page has instructions on how to find these figures for lots of routers)

Can you try disconnecting/reconnecting and then run a speed test again.
I'm wondering if you had something that caused a low speed sync which push your IP profile way down. Sometimes the PN systems need a reconnect to recognise when it has gone back up.

Cheers jelv, rebooted the router and speed now up to 5.11mb yer a true gent sir, pity the support team couldn't be as quick or good as your goodself.
