Speed fault got better now the connection keeps dropping

I have had a fault on my Broadband which was traced to REIN on the mains power and fixed ( I HOPE ) but the connection keeps dropping every 20 minutes or so with out any reason, I am trying to get my systen updated but unless I have a stable/highspeed connection its a waste of time as the download resets at each reset and I am looking at a big file download (latest microsoft updates ) which takes over the network of 3 machines and lets me do nothing till complete.

Anybody have any answers for this new problem

It looks like the REIN fault is still yet to be fixed but I can see you've spoken to an agent this morning and we're continuing to look into this for you.

I has this problem a couple of years ago when SSE were installing and re-routing cables and installing a new high voltage line locally. The problem was always during normal working hours. Have you established a timeline for your REIN?
