My speed has dropped from a rock solid 44.0 mbps since Feb to 33 mbps now.
I also get the message "There's no speed estimate currently held on your account."
Anything I can do to push this back up?

I had a weird line drop this morning - the router took a long time to reconnect and was giving an odd message along the lines of "connector not available".
Anyway, afterwards, according to the BT Speed Diagnostic I now have a "38.71 Mbps Max Achievable Speed" but I am connected at 33.8

Hi there,
As it's fibre there's nothing we can do directly I'm afraid, though if it's dropping connection at all (which it doesn't seem to be doing from our side, but may look different on your router's logs) then we could investigate it as a fault - if it's not though then it's unlikely a speed fault would be accepted. You could always give it a go though.

Where do you see that? Is it the entry against Estimated line speed on the Member Centre "High-speed Broadband" page?

Are your phone number and exchange shown on the link provided by spraxyt.
I have seen the "There's no speed estimate currently held on your account." message on numerous occasions and the only way to get it back is to go through the motions of upgrading the account.
Just going through the motions seams to reactive something in the account and the phone number, exchange and estimated speed are then shown.

Hi PonsAlias,
Just run a line check for you, that should update the estimated speed though I'm not sure when it'll take effect - hopefully it'll be happening shortly.
