A few months back all the street lights were replaced on the road I live on. Prior to this my speed was consitant at nearly 3 mbps. During the roadworks the speed varied widely. Now, a few months after the work being completed my speed is consistant a 2.1 mbps. The phone wires are under the pavement and run parallel to the street light wiring. Is there a fault or is this now the best speed available?. Thanks
