Speed and IP Profile after line fault fixed

Recently had a line fault fixed and my plusnet service has been re-established. When I joined plusnet and before all the line problems my estimated line speed was 1-3 Mb and I would usually get around 2.4 - 2.8.
My router synced at 5.4 kbps straight after the line was re-established and my IP range is now 2 - 7.15 Mbps according to speedtest.btwholesale, with the profile set at 4.83 Mbps.
My current router stats are as follows:
Uptime: 1 day, 23:39:13
DSL Type: ITU-T G.992.5
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 443 / 5.472
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [MB/GB]: 690,12 / 1,99
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12,8 / 0,0
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 32,8 / 55,5
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 23,1 / 5,4
System Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / ----
Chipset Vendor ID (Local/Remote): BDCM / IFTN
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 170 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 20 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote): -
Error Seconds (Local/Remote): 6.250 / 0
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 11 / 6.732
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 5 / 26.150
I've also run a speed and ping test. Results are:

So everything looks ok and definitely better than before. My question is whether there is potentially more speed to eek out of my connection? One thing that does strike me is the SN Margin on upload. Is there potentially a problem there? Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Speed and IP Profile after line fault fixed

Your upload speed could be uncapped (which would roughly double it).

Ok. Are you able to arrange that for me Bob?

Re: Speed and IP Profile after line fault fixed

Probably best to raise a support ticket requesting it as I'll not be in the office 'til early next week and I don't have my VPN fob to hand.

Re: Speed and IP Profile after line fault fixed

Just ran another BTW test and now it's saying that my acceptable range is 1.2 - 4 Mbps and my IP Profile is 4.16 Mbps. What's the reason for the drop. I certainly didn't notice any stability issues on the line at the higher rate. Anyone have any suggestions? Current router stats are as follows:
