Re: Speed Issue

That does look pretty poor.
There is a lot to look at when it comes to speeds like that - Do you have an output of a BT speedtest you could post?

Re: Speed Issue

Have been having nearly identical issues with my broadband- working perfectly one day, greatly reduced speeds the next. The response to my ticket was very inconclusive- and frustrating. I'm getting this from the BT Speedtester:
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test:  -provides background information.
IP profile for your line is - 7000 kbps
    DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)  8096 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 53 kbps
VERY low actual IP, yes? This is from mybroadbandspeed.co.uk:
Plusnet has denied fault for low speed before, but persistent complaining and far too many phone calls resulted in an admittance of error and thus increase in speed. Hopefully it won't be as complicated this time around! Any advice is appreciated; am very tired of no adequate responses.

Re: Speed Issue

No; it was the very first thing I checked. Even when that does occur, speeds are better than they are now.
