just wanted to know if any of the admins would look at my line to see if my line is activated as many plusnet staff have told me today my line would be activated. would be much appreciated if you could get back to me asap.

Have you got a solid green light on your router?
If the router has synced with the exchange then your line will have been activated but you'll not be able to log in until PN activate your account at their end.
