Something stuck, or is this normal?

Over on the plusnet connection settings/high speed broadband im getting this
Quote
Estimated line speed:
    14Mb (This may vary between 8Mb and 18.5Mb) - Checked on 2013-01-27 10:28:15
Current line speed:
    10.9 Mb

and on the BT speedtest site it says this
Quote
Download speedachieved during the test was - 10.26 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 10.95 Mbps

And my router reports an uptime of 21 days ( since a brief power cut)

I was under the impression that the IP profile changed every few days is something stuck?
or is this all OK and correct?Huh

Re: Something stuck, or is this normal?

The BT IP profile only changes when there is a resync to a different speed
The Plusnet one follows a day or so later

Re: Something stuck, or is this normal?

Or a negative one - depends on the new sync speed
The IP profile is 88.2% of the sync speed on ADSL

My IP profile has now remained the same for the past 1140 hours.

@ReedRichards and @pint
I've just run some diagnostics and can see that in each case the line profile hasn't changed ergo our profile hasn't either.
