Connected cable to router and router to test port. No extensions other equipment plugged in.
Download Speed (Mbps): 0.09
Upload Speed (Mbps) : 0.90
Ping Latency (ms): 35
May have been like this for a while as connection not heavily used.

Thanks for highlighting this - I can see that my colleague has made some changes which have improved the speed and stability of your connection.
If the drops in connection and/or poor speed become an issue again, I would recommend connecting your router to the test socket (as per here) and if that doesn't help, raise a fault here so that we can escalate this to our suppliers accordingly.
