So poor, Im close to calling it quits!

As you can see from the above images and the attachment, my internet is a complete joke, to confirm what I have been doing the last few weeks -
- Tried a different router
- Changed mircro-filters
- Tested both extension socket and master socket
- Wireless and wired to router
- Various speed tests
- Turned off all phones in the house
- Tried different ADSL leads
- Used home plugs
Still have a poor connection that drops and is so slow.
I have support tickets logged which im getting nowhere with, I went through all the basics with them, explained I work in IT and have done everything I can think of. Apparently my issue has been esculated, to where I dont know...
Why is my IP Profile set to 250k, when im used to getting 5.5mb...its been like this for weeks and had teething problems for months
I need some sort of assurance this is being dealt with or some help from the guys at plusnet, this is soo frustrating and im so tempted to cancelling my contract early as I just cant do anythin! I was told on monday that it can take anywhere from 48-72hours to get some sort of update or resolution and we are on to friday now!

Same problem as you mate, set at 350kbps for ages, seems like so called 'DLM' really isn't doing it job on stable line!

Hi Ryan,
Apologies for the delay in responding to your ticket - which I've just done.
BT haven't seen any fault on your line and as such, I've asked them to review. Normally I'd expect them to ask us for an engineer appointment in the next 24 hours.

That's because of your dropping connections. Once that's fixed, the IP Profile will pick up again.

I have also plugged direct into the test socket within the master socket and I still have the same speeds as above.

Is that the same speed on a speed test or the same sync speed/noise margin?
Note that if plugging in to the test socket improves your sync speed it takes BT up to three days to increase your IP Profile and only then will you see any change on speed tests.

sorry, yes this was a speed test, and at the moment still showing the same speeds. I shall run a bt speedtester tonight when I get home.

Hi ryan,
Hopefully the connection will be more stable (and have a faster sync speed) in the test socket, the speed test should show if this is the case. If so it might be worth trying one of the filtered faceplates to see if that stops the dropping connections, if not then we can refer it back to BT for you.
