Slow upload

Hi all,
I've been with Plusnet nearly a month and am happy with it.
I was supposed to get 53meg but I only get 40meg. I've checked the BT test and my IP profile is 40meg so that seems ok.
However, the upload is really poor, I was estimated at 15meg but only get 5meg - the IP profile shows 20meg. Surely I should get faster than 5meg?
This is using a PC directly connected to the router via Gig ethernet.

Hi peterb99,
I've checked your connection and that is the speeds your modem is syncing at, I'd suggest running through the checks at http://faults.plus.net and if there is no difference we can look into it from there.
