Slow today and getting slower, am I still being restricted?

Things were really slow today so I checked and these are my results at 2.30 pm today


Is this what Force 9 do to you when you go over 17 gb and apply restrictions?
I have had various restrictions this week but Force 9 have taken the payment today and was expecting normal service to be resumed.

Maybe there is another reason, any ideas

it's nothing to do with your payment status, my account is PRO and it is running very slow today.
This does mainly seem to be on HTTP Gaming and Steaming are all fine here.
www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk gave me a speedtest of 6532 down at 9:34 today- that's the highest i have ever seen. i'm reluctant to see if i can sync higher as i'm currently synced at 6016kbps - i don't want this to drop any lower by disconnecting it to see.

To follow on from the above (cheers Pete) if you're on PTE-AG2 we're having some issues with this at the moment following the service status post I made earlier on. It should settle as the network comes into balance, but in the meanwhile you should see better performance if you reboot and connect on a different one.

I just ran another test and it is improving

I'm chatting to another member of staff now he cannot get off one of the centrals, and when he does he slips back onto it again.
however speeds do seem to be starting to pickup.

Well things seem to have been sorted for me i've been dropped and reconnected overnight onto pte-ag1 nd while my sync is abit higher at 6400 down my speeds are now unto 720k/sec
As i said to james i've never had such a high sync before.

Things seem to have settled down for me too.
Thanks for your help, I am trying my best to get into the techy stuff here.
I will check on speeds later and let you know if it changes
