Certainly don't do anything anytime between an hour before sunset and an hour after sunrise, but in daylight hours (around middayish is often best) - IF the SNRM is steady and better than say 6.4dB it would be worth a resync to see if you can get the speed to 5120 or a touch higher. There's not much point in it being much higher on 20CN, it would have to go to 5696 to get a 5Mbps profile and I would say the SNRM would drop too low at night that your line may get unstable.
If you see this post this evening, post the current stats so we get an idea of what you line is like after dark.

When the modem syncs with the exchange they negotiate the fastest sync speed possible until the noise margin is at the target (6dB in your case). If you were to resync now the sync speed would be slower with the margin back at 6dB, but during the day tomorrow you would see it rise well above 6. That's why we advise resyncing during the day when background interference is lowest as that gives the best sync speed.
