Slow speeds constantly after 6 months?

Hi,
I've been a plusnet customer for 6 months and the service has been faultless. However over the last month my speed has dropped to 0.71Mb even off peak. It takes a long time to connect to near enough any page at all. There's been no change in my equipment and everything is exactly as it was previously. Has anybody experienced the same or can you give me an idea of what might be happening?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your connection. I can see the downward spiral of the quality of your connection that you're referring to. So that we can fully investigate this issue for you, can you please connect your router into your Test Socket with an alternative microfilter?
