Sorry to hear you're having speed problems. I've been testing your broadband and it's looking like the speed is within estimates for the line. I would imagine you would experience a bit of buffering when streaming, i.e. watching Netflix.
Looking at fibre availability down your line, it's available however the speed isn't what we expect for superfast. It's better though, the target is between 4.2 Mbps and 7.9 Mbps.
If you would like a quote for fibre broadband, I would recommend calling our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. Closing at 6pm today, and back open at 8am tomorrow.
