I think it could well be time to look at having this raised as a fault and get some investigation done to see if we can flag anything as the potential cause. Just before we go down that route though, can I confirm that the device you're streaming on is connected via wireless or via ethernet cable? If this is connected via wireless, do you have the same issues when connected via an ethernet cable?
Also as a side note, are you seeing the speed reductions at certain times of the day every day?
