Slow line rate/Dropping connection

I've been experiencing a poor connection over the last week or 2, with it getting around 2 Mb/s at best. Was also dropping the connection over the course of the day, earlier in the week, on my day off.
Previously I was getting pretty reasonable download speeds of around 8Mb/s.
I've tried router resets/ turning it off for 10 mins/plugging the router into the main socket, and cant find any issue at my end.
It's consistently slow on all device wired and wireless at varying times of the day.
Was hoping someone might be able to have a look at our connection.

Hi there and welcome to the forum
I have had a look into this and it looks like your speed issues were due to an incorrect setting, I have amended this and reset your line. You should start noticing improvements over the next 24 hours.
