Slow downs at peak times, again? Or just FB broken

I'm having problems with a couple of sites again.  In particular facebook.  The page itself pretty much won't load.  I tried pinging it and got some time outs, and some replies with around 150-200 ms.
Anyone else having issues loading some sites, or is it just FB having issues?

FB is behaving OK for me, as are other sites.
