Slow download speed

Hello,
I've had the top fibre broadband package since the end of March, and was estimated a download speed of 79Mbs - however since day one it has been maxing out at around 35Mbs - Plus.net's website has said that the "current speed" is 37Mbs - and it has never changed from this.
I understood that the speed may be variable within the first ten days after installation, but that has not been the case and I continue to get less than half the estimated speed.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forums Smiley
I've taken a look at your Speed Profile set on our internal systems and I've made some changes. Can you restart your router and let us know if that's made any difference at all?
