Slow.....can't watch Sky Go!!

Hi,just wondering if anyone has had slow speeds last few days,we normally eggy about 6mg here but last few days we are lucky to get 1..it's so bad it's been impossible to watch anything on the sky go app (yes we are cheap and using mothers log on for this as in rented property and not allowed a sky dish!)I've changed the wireless channel tonight but it's not made a difference.We are always using it wirelessly ,is there anything else we could do?

Hi Missg22,
I've just taken a look at your connection and can see that the connection between your router and your Local Exchange is at it's maximum at 8128K, I've also checked your speed profile which is correct.
Would you be able to run a Speed Test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com including 'Further Diagnostics' and let us know what the results are?
