Slow broadband

Only getting if that a 3rd of my download broadband speeds this afternoon. Just ran a speed test and it was 1.19mbps down and 0.41mbps up. It is usually 3.9mbps down. Watching videos online is a pain with always stopping and starting.

Can you please gather the data / follow the guidance in speed issues thread at the top of thus forum.
If your phone line is noisy - dial 17070 option 2 - report the problem to your phone provider.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
