Hi there we have just joined plusnet. But the connection is REALLY slow! We have even tried to plug the sky box in in with an cable directly to the router but still takes a long time to download anything.
The xbox is on wifi and when downloading that stays at about 1.6mps but drops below that and even drops competely out so its taken 2 days to update game. When I do a speed check it says 2.9mps download speed.
Can you please look in to this for me as we are in a town area so no reason why we shouldnt beable to get a decent connection?
