Hi
I received my broadband router yesterday and everything set up fine. logged into router today after noticing slow upload speeds

Repeats of this thread crop up time and time again. Why does everyone have to start with a capped upload speed?

We built it that way 4 years ago because our testing those that uncapped let to more unstable lines. Uncapped is a lot better now, but we haven't managed to change the product type to provision them uncapped yet. It's on a list to do.
We are working through and uncapping anyone who is still capped as well.
