Slow Upload Speed

Moved to Plusnet in January and notice slow connection to Dropbox.
Router showing 448 up and 8900 down. Download better than last ISP [O2] but upload only a third of what they managed. Similar looking Thompson Routers. Note someone else on Forum had problem with their exchange selecting some limit for upload re: 20CN and 21CN. Could this apply to me? Holmer Green exchange has all the right credentials to work faster.  Any thoughts appreciated.

Upload speed doubled as of this morning and shall watch with interest over the coming days to see if it will climb further.
