Hi Kyle,
Good to see you posting on here.
Our traffic management uses a combination of rate limits and traffic prioritisation, which is more apparently on things like P2P.
During quiet times of the day (like after midnight) the rate limits are relaxed, but traffic prioritisation is still in place.  So if there is still a lot of what we call gold traffic on the network, your P2P speeds may still be slow, however, if there's space on the network, which there usually is after 0030-0100, then you should see improved speeds.
Let us know how you get on with a well seeded download.  Try reducing the upload speed cap too to see if you notice any improvement by doing so.

i got friend request the other day on xbl and there porfile says there name is kyle yet since i added they have been on away mode and havent replyed to a message i sent. when i switched off last night it was at somthing silly like 1 day 5 hours
wonder if its the OP and if there o,k or are they just trying to rrod the xbox Smiley
