There is a balance between speed and stability. A SNRM reset to 6dB might deliver more speed but reduce the stability, in which case the DLM will revert to 9dB. Such advice can only be given with knowledge of the lives error history which is only available to Plusnet staff.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
