Happy to report that this took effect overnight, and I'm now syncing at 1171 / 10335 (with default SNR of 6+) and 1176 / 11551 (with SNR around 4). I've closed the incident on the support pages, and confirmed positive via surveymonkey.
For anyone who is interested, I'm only losing about 200kbs on upload speeds compared to what I had via Annex M on TT LLU, but have gained something like 1mbps on download speeds, which seems a very nice trade.
Just need to wait for BTW's DLM to catch up [and make sure RouterStats doesn't mess it up again ;)], and all will be set. 😉
