Slow Broadband Speeds

Morning!

I have just noticed a sharp drop in speeds again from my normal top rate of 812kb/s right down to 102kb/s this morning, could you reset the line or something before I have to ring OR once again please?

Resetting the line is useful if the SNR has increased or similar, however your line is still connected at a good rate:

Speed:	1183	9463

Can you run a BT Speedtest for me, ensuring you do the further diagnostics test after the first one completes. This stores the results on the supplier system and allows us to use this to report the fault.

My line has returned to its previous speeds, I rebooted my router  (just in-case!), ive also just completed the BTWholesale speed test aswell for the suppliers records.

Good to hear, thanks for letting us know. However I didn't reset the line
