Nope, my involvement so far has consisted of obtaining MAC code from Be, at the same time gaining their assurance that they understood I was NOT cancelling my account (yet) and then filling in the online forms for a PlusNet fibre and line rental package.
Still, that mail from Be does have strange wording for what it is supposed to be describing!

That could just be BE's system having a "moment" and sending the wrong template, wouldn't be the first time.
