Sky player on Xbox 360/PC wrong traffic?

After 6pm I can not use Skyplayer on the Xbox 360/PC it just keeps buffering. Iplayer, youtube and skyplayer work on PC.
I think it is being registered as wrong type of traffic or something. Can someone look into this fot me please. Thank you.
How do I test and see if it is the wrong traffic?

Its 19:39 and my brother is watching Madagascar 2 perfectly on the 360. I don't want to jinx it, but it is looking good tonight.

Spoke way too soon. As soon as it hit 8 it started buffering.

Yep, same problem here.  It's gotten slightly better over the last few weeks, but still has buffering issues during the evening.  Any chance of this getting fixed Mr. Plusnet?
