Sky Go Buffering

Why is my fibre 75/19 kept getting buffering on Sky Go? There isn't any other peoples in my household watching other streaming or downloading. It was connected direct to my pc ethernet from router. Sky say it must be down to Plusnet issues.
Anyones having the same issues with Sky Go?

Haven't tried it today, but on an iPad over wifi I haven't experienced buffering before

Could you please try it on Sky Sports 1 please see if there is issues?

Seem ok now after signed off skygo and sign back in. So far no buffering

I've been watching SS all day on both my laptop & Nexus 10 with no problems whatsoever.
