Sky Fibre to Plusnet Fibre

Hi
I have placed an order to change my broadband provider from Sky to Plusnet. I currently have fibre with Sky and have ordered fibre from Plusnet. Since ordering and noticing these forums I've noted that there have been problems with these orders in the past. Have these problems been resolved?
