Yeah everything is ok now. But it is very odd that they should say "I'll reset your account password" for my reseller hosting account, and then everything starts to work... email/webmail, ftp, whm. This is all they said they did, but one can only trust what you're told. It is very suspicious. As is obvious from the tracert, there is, or was, somwthing odd at their end as it was only the last hop where the problem occured.
