Hi The go live date for my broadband was 11th November, and I still have no broadband, and now nobody can be bothered to tell me if Openreach are going to call (apparently they need to visit for a supposed fault on the line- odd since the line was fine with the preious provider...). Utterly and completely nonexistent customer service from Plusnet. Yours etc Chris
Hi drolerif, I apologise if this isn't clear from the existing updates on the ticket but I can see we're reliant on our suppliers to fix a records issue before we're actually able to book an appointment. I'm going to get this chased now and will report back to you soon. UPDATE: The records issue has been fixed and I've arranged a booking for you. Please see ticket 115577144 for the specifics.
