Should speed be as low as 120k (constantly) during training om CN21?

Upgraded to CN21 last Tue and immediately had a login issue resolved 2 days later however my speed hasnt moved from 120-130kb since then, Usually during the training period speeds go up and down and in my experience between 2- 6 Meg  I have recently moved to this house and during the training period on the old network I was getting 2-7 meg with the line settling down to a steady 6.4 meg.  Seems strange that now my speed never alters up or down and I wonder if my router has a fault? Support have an open ticket and will look at the line stats on Friday but anyone experienced such a slow connection for days after switch to CN21?
Cheers

Hi Lancsboy,
Your line has been banded to the lowest 160k-288k because of poor perormance. Can you tell me how you have your kit set up. Are you using an extension cable/socket? If so can you plug into the test socket and get back to me please?

Hi Lancsboy,
I've just tried resetting it but it failed because of the stabilisation period. I can look at it again after 15.25 on the 9th April. Sorry I couldn't do more.

Will do for sure. I'm quite sure we can get to the bottom of it for you and get your line running tip-top Smiley

Cheesy Banding appears to be removed and Im getting 9,5meg with a profile of 10meg and line speed 24 meg. Early days might get a even better when everything settles down but thanks for your input Jojo.
