Should i be concerned?

I had my FTTC installed last Friday and understand that i am still in my training period, however the last couple of nights i have been seeing more and more that my OR box is dropping sync this evening alone it has dropped half a dozen times or so.....
The reason that this starting to concern me is that when i was on DSL with BE i used suffer really badly with line issues, i had 2 x line engineers and 1 x OR engineer investigate the issue and  the fault did go away but came back and i just lived with it for another 6 months, then i left BE and Joined Plusnet on FTTC.
are the drops just a part of the training process or do you think my old issue could be affecting the FTTC, Also will the drops affect my final speed?
Apart from the odd drops i am getting i have been really happy with the speed and service..

Re: Should i be concerned?

Hi there,
No there's should be that many drops at any stage really so I'd advise raising a fault : http://faults.plus.net
Here's what we're seeing:

Re: Should i be concerned?

Adam,
My security cameras sent me a nice snapshot of an OR Guy looking at the cable to my house today, before they went dead then came back on, i wasn't aware an engineer was going to look at my fault today so was out at the time, i checked my support and the last update was to wait for an update on Monday, can you tell me if there is any update? or could you please produce another chart similar to the one above to see if the connection has improved?
thanks
