For some reason the BT tester will not run until I insert the Service ID, whereas it always used to run with the Plusnet domain name.
How can I find out my Service ID.

You need to check the box and then enter your phone number, that should be good enough.

Thanks for that, after a couple of failures it worked.
Good to see my profile has jumped from 2500 to 4000. I've been waiting for days to see if this was going to happen.
I see the gateway changed overnight, probably caused this..
