Sending and Receiving Faxes

I have just activated my FAX number,  but I cannot find any details on how to use that service.  I assume, therefore, that I can only receive faxes and not send them.
Is that right?
Thanks,
Alex

Re: Sending and Receiving Faxes

Correct.
Faxes sent to your number arrive as an email attachment.  It actually works very well.
One thing to remember though, make sure you receive at least one fax every 90 days or so, otherwise the service will be deactivated.  You can obviously reactivate it but the number won't be the same one.

You may want to look at a service like Yac Fax if you wish to send faxes via your PC.

Re: Sending and Receiving Faxes

60 days notice for cancellation with no possiblity of a refund is a bit steep!
Edit: Also, I can't see any reason to subscribe when Fax2Email if free and a PCI Fax/modem can be purchsed for less than a tenner.
