Seeing OK SpeedTest Results But Streaming Does Not Sustain

Hi,
We are seeing some problems sometimes recently when trying to stream BBC iPlayer (through the FreeSat box) and frequently have to drop to low quality just to watch it as it keeps stopping and buffering. I have tested the line and usually get good speedtest results. Is there a way of checking streaming specifically? These problems are periodic but seem to be worse around peak times.
Thanks,
Doug

Hi
Is the Freesat box connected wirelessly or wired?
You're connecting a lot lower than you should be (around half) given your line attenuation. There are quite a few errors on your line according to the stats you posted. Are you connected to the master socket?

Have you tried a bbc iplayer speed test?

@DougChandler
After running a few line checks I've decided to SNR reset your line as the attenuation seems even higher than usual today according to what I can see.
I'll check back after 30 mins or so hopefully by which point I should be able to adjust the speed profile on our side, assuming that is that BT's has updated?

No change as yet but I'll have another look tomorrow for you as changes made from SNR resets can take up to 24 hours to take effect.

Nothing's changed I'm afraid so I've resubmitted the SNR reset for you.
I will be checking back later today.
