Are you speeds low at the moment or OK? I've got a test to do tonight to try and rule in/out something and I need to find someone that is seeing a problem where they normally disconnect/reconnect and it goes fine and see if the test I'm going to do fixes it or not.

Seems fine this evening, can you do a speed reset thing for good measure? I got 60mb for a few days but I've gone back down to 55 now presumably because I un-plugged the router a bit much!

Max, I have been told PN can not do that and it means BT have to get an engineer out apparantly..Mine has dropped 11MB and I would love to have it back, I waited 72hrs as PN said and it still didnt go back up, I tried tonight again to get it up again by turning disconnecting router and turning off modem for an hour but it has gone down a touch again.....

Better to do it during daylight hours. DSL is susceptible to greater noise from AM radio transmissions after dusk, so you're more likely to get a better sync rate during the day.
