I read a lot about scheduling downloads to ensure most heavy traffic is outside the peak hours and understand how to set things like Microsft Updates but how can I set up a schedur fpor a download from something like RapidShare.
Can it be don &, if so, how?
Cheers

wget is free software that is available for Linux (Unix?) and Windows. It can download from HTTP and FTP sites. You can schedule it from cron on Unix machines, or the Windows scheduler.
