@RealAleMadrid Thanks for that nugget of information, I have looked at the ticket, it was raised on the 13th of April, passed to the BT Wholesale folks first thing on Thursday the 16th. There is no estimate for the completion of the work. But again, thanks.

 

PS. Would you be happy with a working from, with a family that includes a teacher that has to homeschool 24 children and a teenager who has to use the internet for keeping up his classwork for his highers with your internet disappearing for about 5 hours each day?

HI @webladbrador, I am sorry for the issues you're having. Testing your line this afternoon has picked up an external phone line fault.

 

I have now raised this to our suppliers to investigate further and we'll update you once we know more.

Thanks Lauren, an engineer came out last Wednesday or Thursday, it worked for a few days, now the same thing is happening, the connection dropped about 12 and is still off, it's nearly 7 [-Censored-]... this is breach of contract from Plusnet, as far as i'm concerned i can now move to another supplier with no penalties.

The BT engineer came round found no fault... the internet has been off since 12.30 today and has not came back on... we have had no functioning internet now for nearly 7 weeks... i don't care what is wrong, please don't get in touch telling me this and that just get it FIXED!!!

Off for 8 hours today, that is nearly 8 weeks without a functioning connection.

Hi there @weblabrador, I've been in touch with Josh to let him know that this issue still isn't resolved, and he'll be in contact as soon as he is able. 

 

I do apologise that this is continuing, despite many reassurances that it is being fixed. I know that it must be incredibly frustrating when trying to work from home
