SSH

Hi, Can the Thomson router support cli via SSH? I know telnet works but can SSH be enabled? I know the router boasts SSH encryption but I can't fine how to enable the SSH in the CLI

That would be a legacy from a rouge mod, during my time (no names). Just use the report facility asking for it to be deleted.

Re: SSH

Hi there,
The short answer is I'm not sure.
There's a CLI guide here which might help, but it's rather large.  Undecided

Re: SSH

This 'ere TG585v7 doesn't show ssh in it's server list so I guess you can't. This may be version dependent as things do get removed/added in different versions due to limited space.

Re: SSH

Hi All, Thanks for the input. I have checked with BT and Thomson and the answer is in fact no. The CLI is only accessable via Telnet, my workaround is HTTPS to the GUI.
Thanks
