Thanks for the prompt answer.
I've already got my son to give out the .co.uk addy, but he's being a bit slow with all the online accounts etc that he's got.
Think I'm going to have to gee him up a bit to edit his profiles!
I've been using mine for quite a while, so most of my email should be coming to that addy.
I assume a ticket would need raised to turn off the .plus.com email.

Give him a deadline when you intend to ask for the plus.com to be turned off - that should concentrate his mind!

I am on the postini trial with .co.uk e-mail and still get tons of spam sunday morning I had over 120 e-mail only 2 were not spam
Why is this happening?  Over xmas I only got 3 or 4 spam a day but come 4 Jan it all started again tons of spam everyday

60 SPAMs today alone !
Hope this gets better as I've been moved to Postini as from last thursday.
We will see, but does not look too promising ......
A week ago it was fine, most were caught, now 50 get through wilh OBVIOUS SPAM titles

At the moment for everybody, including the people on Postini, the tagging of the subject with [-SPAM-] is done by the old DSPAM system. DSPAM has proved totally unable to cope with the most recent waves of spam.
If you want to see whether Postini thought of an email you need to look in the headers for the lines they add. Details of how to do that are given in a post I made in this forum:

You can paste the full headers in to http://www.postini.com/support/header_analyzer.php which will give a full analysis.
It appears that from some time next week the tagging will be based on the Postini scores - I've set up my email client to display the Postini headers on all emails and have been monitoring the accuracy. On one mailbox, only four out over 500 spam emails were not correctly identified.

Hi everyone, I'm new to this place.
I've been with Plusnet for a few years and haven't had many problems.
Apart from last year when there was a major problem with Plusnets email service and it was shut down.  I was getting tons of disgusting emails.  I ended up getting a virus.  Not sure if it was connected.  But Plusnet warned us there was a risk to a new virus at the time.  I had to get a new hard drive in the end.
Its happenning again.  I've got my Spamfilter set up, i keep reporting everything and its doing no good at all.
I'm getting hundreds of filth email every week. 
I need help urgently.  If not I'm cancelling my subscription.

I just had a reply to my answer to say i should sign up to the Postini trial.
Can anyone tell me where the service announcement is for this.  When registering I have to type in that I understand the implications which are outlined in the service announcement.

I have checked today via webmail and there is no SPAM at all
There is in fact no email either .... but  ....
Now plusnet just DONT put the reported SPAM in webmail in the SENT folder, and then deleted it. Please !!!

Can you elaborate on this at all? I'm not quite sure what you mean?

For me there is 3-4 SPAMs in my webmail INBOX folder
There is no SPAM in my SPAM folder.
But I am receiving the odd non-SPAM email correctly
Good news !!!!
(but my wife tells me internet connect at home has gone peared shaped - even after reboot etc) Grrr
