Hi ID,
The reset was done over 24 hours a go so it should have completed by now. Are you noticing any improvement at all?

No it's still the same. Just took 10mins to update the AV on the laptop.

Thanks Adam. This is a wierd one. The engineer couldn't see why the throughput is so slow. He said my telephone line is clean as a whistle and the problem must be software based.
Edit: Thought I would add full router stats. Only rebooted a couple of hours ago though.
